2016 gala honors literacy champions, teachers, students

The Write on Sports 11 th Anniversary Gala on Sept. 14 in Newark accomplished three things: celebrated teachers, honored three 2016 Literacy Champions and raised funds for the tuition-free programing WoS provides to middle school students.

Roselle Catholic affiliate wraps up second season

Eight grammar school campers, residents of Roselle, Linden, Elizabeth, Hillside and North Plainfied, completed the two-week camp session at WoS affiliate Roselle Catholic, directed by Roselle Catholic alums Joe Skrec ’84 and Erin Sisk '06, from July 6-10 and July 13-17.
